Storefront API Cart discountAllocations field now includes delivery discounts

As part of the 2024-07 release, delivery-related discounts into the Storefront API's Cart discountAllocations field and a new targetType field have been added to differentiate the type of discount. The merchandise and delivery discounts are reflected in the totalAmount of the Cart.
