Providing app credits in the appSubscriptionCancel mutation

As of GraphQL Admin API version 2022-04, app partners can issue prorated credits for the unused portion of the app subscription when a recurring app charge is cancelled. This enables developers to automatically provide app credits to merchants when they uninstall an app or cancel a subscription, and reduce support requests to app partners for refund requests.
