New inventoryItem field on ProductSetVariantInput

We are expanding capabilities of the GraphQL Admin API productSet mutation by adding inventoryItem field to the ProductVariantSetInput type.

This enables productSet to modify ProductVariant fields related to its inventoryItem, such as unit cost and tracked status .

This change is applied to all API versions, starting with 2024-10.
