New chargebackLiability field for onsite credit card payments apps with 3-D Secure

As of version 2023-07 of the GraphQL Payments Apps API, you must provide the chargebackLiability field in the 3-D Secure PaymentSessionThreeDSecureAuthenticationData input object. Merchants will benefit from this information to better manage their orders.
